Columbia’s First Specialty Running Store

Feet First first opened its doors in the Wilde Lake Village Center in 1979 to serve the local running community with quality running shoes, apparel, and gear. In 2008, Feet First moved to the Hickory Village Center, doubling the store size and welcoming both new and returning customers.

Our staff is trained to use both knowledge and experience to find the best possible fit for your needs. In addition to traditional foot and gait analysis and sizing, we feature the iSTEP computer analysis system to determine pressure points and orthotic needs. The store is staffed by experienced runners, triathletes, and coaches.

We carry a wide range of products including shoes, socks, and apparel from every major brand, orthotics, and nutrition products for those long run days. We also stock tennis shoes, soccer/lacrosse/football cleats, and spikes for XC, indoor, and outdoor track. Special orders are available at no extra charge.
